I was contacted by a friend who advised me that Thomas M. Pronesti’s company Arbitration and FiveStar Reviews site was preventing a client from canceling services. I called Thomas, and I attempted to tell him who I was, but he had none of it. He told me I was not authorized to speak with him and that the client needed to contact them to cancel. We got into a shouting match, and the call ended with Thomas telling me to “go fuck myself,” and he hung up. Big mistake!!! Welcome to FAFO time!!!
Who is Arbitration
Arbitration has a 1-star rating with the BBB. One of the recurring themes is that they are rude. One reviewer stated they were told to go fuck themselves. They seem to be nasty and call women bitches. They have seven complaints with the BBB for not allowing clients to cancel or that they keep billing them after they cancel.

Update Monday, November 4th, 2024:
The business owner was fraudulently charged $3000 after they hung up on me. The BO contacted American Express to file a chargeback, and Amex is blocking any new charges from this company. The company attempted to down the BO to pay $299 for “three links.” The third link wasn’t real and took people to the BO’s GBP. The BO was allowed to cancel after being told their reviews and rankings would be deleted. Jokes on them: their client never ranked on Google. They claimed that the client benefited from their proprietary property. They created a Google post of a 5-star review with their logo and linked it to their website. This business benefited from its client. They had a post a review link on their former client’s website which didn’t direct people to the GBP but to their FiveStarReviewsSite website. The emails seem extremely unhinged.
Update: Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
I emailed Thomas and Lee this morning to show them how I rank for Thomas’ name organically and in image results. I am unsure if it was the rankings, the fact that I didn’t back down and challenge him, or all of the above, but Thomas got ugly fast. His first nasty email, he sent me this, “And if it wasn’t clear on the phone Go Fuck Yourself!” I emailed him and asked him to call me daddy. He replied with, “What an asshole.” He followed up by calling me a jerkoff. At 8:05 PST he emailed me the following, “We are thugs and bullies because we present the facts that prove she is lying in her complaint?. And who the fuck are you to butt in. Your not the client asswipe. You are a little piece of shit. How much revenue di you do last year fuck face? Your threats don’t mean anything the facts are on our side. Wait till she hears from the State Bar and the credit bureaus and the State of Florida for theft of services.I am sure she will love your advice then.
Goodbye jerkoff.”
Thomas decided to call me and said, “since you have my address, why don’t you come to Florida, so I can spit in your face jerkoff.” I again asked him to call me daddy. Like a coward, he hung up on me. I called him back and he sent me to voicemail. He replied to Beth’s BBB complaint, filed one of his own.

This person had no authority to cancel the account of Beth who had an account with us over 4 years. he wants to get their business and is trying to disparage our firm to do it. he was rude and obnoxious and cursed me out first.
