It is my firm belief that The Law Offices of Daniel Kim is a serial spammer and needs to be punished. It appears that Google is unable to take action on his listings or reviews. Daniel Kim has eight Google My Business listings. His primary and the only location that I can determine in compliance with Google’s TOS is his Costa Mesa location. This listing has 547 reviews with a 5-star rating. I have found several reviews to be suspicious and don’t pass the smell test.
Is Daniel Kim faking reviews?
During my investigation of Daniel and his Google listings, I looked him up on Yelp. All of Daniel Kim’s Yelp listings have a suspicious review activity warning. Yelp is under the impression that the reviews originate from the same IP address or part of a deceptive review ring. First off, Bravo Yelp!!! You have a process in place to warn consumers and call out possible fraud. If the Yelp reviews are anything like the Google reviews, there is an excellent chance that the reviews are fake.
I discovered that Daniel Kim’s Google reviewers had reviewed several of the same businesses. The businesses sharing reviews are the Fair Cases Law Group, Injury Accident Lawyers, Ticket Dismissers, and various RushMyPrints locations. Daniel has opened locations in San Jose, Victorville, and Cerritos. I see suspicious review activity on those new listings as well. I used the beta version of the review analysis tool, and it suspects that 334 reviews are questionable.
Daniel Kim Local Search Ads
Daniel was able to get verified with the Local Search Ad (LSA) program. He had to submit to a background check and supply documentation to show that his listings are legit, staffed, and fully compliant with Google’s TOS. I will talk about his listings and address the legitimacy of the latter. I see suspicious review activity on his LSA ads. It appears that Lenny Kravitz, Pete Buttigieg, and Olivia Wilde all left verified LSA reviews. Yes, the reviews were verified and vetted by Google! The below reviews have since been removed.
Does Daniel Kim qualify for any GMB listings?
I used to live in Daniel Kim’s backyard. I decided one day to take a trip to his Anaheim location. While he has signage and office, the office was locked with the lights off. I visited the office during the posted business hours. A few days later, I went to his Rancho Cucamonga office. I located his office with signage, and again that door was locked, and nobody answered the door. The Long Beach office was the same. An occupant of the building claimed to “never seen anybody at that office and was under the impression it was vacant or used as a virtual office.” The Los Angeles location is an empty and gutted office. Google is in receipt of my documentation and has not taken any action or removed the listings. Daniel opened up three new locations since I alerted Google about this abuse.
Why the hate on Daniel Kim?
In August 2020, three of Daniel Kim’s local competitors received a barrage of negative reviews. I was able to get the fake reviews removed for one law firm. The second law firm, Google, refused to take down the reviews. Google did remove all of the other reviews the profiles left. The 3rd law firm disgusts me, and I refused to help. That law firm has fake listings and even faker reviews. I don’t work with spammers, but I digress. I feel that Daniel Kim is connected to the review attacks as several of the profiles match similar patterns of his reviews. Daniel Kim recently received a negative review, and within days, two of the three law firms started getting attacked with fake negative reviews. It will take a court order and legal case to confirm it, but my gut tells me it’s connected to Daniel Kim.
The question is, who will take down Daniel Kim, the State Bar, the Orange County District Attorney, Google, or the group of lawyers getting attacked? My money is on nothing happening. Google has not taken any action, and I am counting them out.

I am not a lawyer nor do I provide this type of service.
Hello, I have had a terrible experience with this law office and want to report them to the better business bureau. I have contacted some recent clients who’s reviews have not been deleted yet. Is there anything you maybe able to help with?
