Keith Edwards is an American Media personality. He has a YouTube channel discussing politics. On December 5th, 2025, he spoke about President Trump receiving the FIFA Peace Prize. He segwayed to discuss how Trump fired the agency building the ballroom and hired a new agency. That new agency is Shalom Baranes Associates (SBA) in Washington, DC. Keith showed an image from a clip from one of his YouTube shorts. He asked his followers to call and email the SBA to express their unhappiness that they are working on the new ballroom.

After a few hours, Keith claimed the phones were tied up and not working correctly. He then asked people to review bomb their Google Business Profile (GBP). In his video, he showed how SBA has a 1.7 Google rating with 24 reviews. As of 4:47 PM PST on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, their GBP has a rating of 2.5 with 11 reviews. We can see that 13 reviews have been removed. Did the business flag them for removal, or was it Google? My hunch is that Google is monitoring the situation, which is why no reviews have been posted since Friday. The only negative reviews that remain are 1-star-only ratings. Keith then ends his video again, asking his followers to leave them a review.

I fully support the 1st Amendment and everyone’s right to express themselves. If you are not happy with something, you are free to comment on a post, create your own social media post, or discuss it with friends. Online reviews are not the proper avenue. It violates Google’s TOS. This practice can cause the reviewer to be sued for defamation.
