Did employees of Stadium Dental in St Joseph, Michigan, retaliated against one negative complaint by leaving several negative Google reviews? That is the complaint I received from a fellow dentist. The dentist in question alleges that she received three negative reviews after she complained about the services she received from Stadium Dental. Her Google listing shows negative reviews from Mary Johnston and Lexee Summers.
I was able to find a Facebook page for Lexee Summers. The page lists Stadium Dental as a place of employment for Ms. Summers. Stadium Dental also received a 5-star review two months ago from Lexee Summers. It also appears that Lexee’s mom, Kathy Summers, also left Stadium Dental a 5-star review.
I also discovered that Shari Faultersack also left a 5-star review for Stadium Dental. The complaint I received also alleges that Faultersack had left a negative review for the dentist.
I reached out to Stadium Dental and advised them how the negative and positive reviews violate Google’s TOS along with the FTC’s guidelines for online reviews. I kindly asked them to remove the negative reviews.
