David Franke used his Twitter account, Havinfun412, to make a disparaging comment about women. The exchange was regarding a video clip from Charlie Kirk’s show—the discussion about Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at United Airlines. David’s comment is as follows: “I always look to make sure I have a male pilot. If woman shouldn’t drive, they definitely shouldn’t fly a plane.”
David does not follow the woman who tweeted the tweet. David had to look at the people that quote-tweeted the PatriotTakes tweet. He went looking for somebody to tweet at. The woman in question replied with this, and David replied with, “Safety first!”
I looked up David and found his LinkedIn Profile. He uses the exact location and profile photo on Twitter and LinkedIn. Here is where it gets interesting. David’s company is targeting traffic in Portland, Oregon. That’s odd since he claims to be in Vancouver, Washington. I looked up his company with the Oregon Secretary of State (SOS). I found that he is using three different addresses. His principal address is in Medford, OR. His mailing address is in Tigard, OR, as is his manager’s address. The mailing address is a PO Box.
The manager’s address doesn’t exist. According to Google and the USPS, the city is Vancouver, WA. Did David make an honest mistake or lie when filling out his paperwork?
Things are not adding up. I was unable to find a filing with the Washington SOS. On his website, there is a link to review his business. It takes you to his HomeAdvisor profile. One of the reviews is from somebody located in Vancouver. Contractors are required to be licensed in Oregon and Washington. I can’t find a contractor’s license in either state. Is David working illegally? Before you hire David, please verify that he is licensed to work in your state.
