I have received 3 complaint emails regarding Dan the PC Man in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The first complaint came on March 12th, 2019. I was initially alerted to fraudulent activities regarding Dan the PC Man’s Google reviews. I was unable to find any evidence to prove that the reviews were fake or fraudulent.
I have now received 2 more emails from people claiming that while Dan the PC Man was working on his client’s computers, that he would log into the owner’s Google account and leave himself a review. I have also seen this alleged on a Facebook group I am a member of as well.
If anybody had Dan Conzemius log into their Google account and leave a review, they need to contact the local police and file a complaint. The need to take screenshots of the review or email notification prior to deleting or altering the review. Only the person that had their account or did business with Dan the PC Man Conzemius are allowed to leave Google reviews. Any other reviews could lead to a lawsuit and violate Google’s TOS.
If anybody speaks with a detective in the case or gets a case number, please share it in the comments or email. You may want to contact a local reporter and share your story with them.

I heard reports on social of fake reviews for Dan, using other people’s accounts. I don’t have any evidence, the only thing I noticed is he has 20 or 30 times as many reviews as other local businesses in his category.

I am seeing the same reports. He is being called out via Google and Yelp reviews. I have seen two threads online about it too.
This is Dan The PC Man here. These people are totally full of shit!!! Disgruntled cheapskates and complete SCUM! I stand by my reviews and won’t be bullied by people who want their money back for honest services. No way. They can threaten and LIE all they want. I just keep on running my biz as I have since 2001. The haters and cheapskates be damned. I have never logged into anyone’s accounts and certainly never stole any personal or financial info. That’s complete BULLSHIT! I have a ton of reviews because I’m good to my customers, and they always ask where they can leave me a review …and wholla …I show them, and they do!! WOW. What a concept. Perhaps if my disgruntled competitors and these cheapskates’ understood marketing better, they’d see where I’m coming from. Many of these customers will allow me to give their phone numbers to perspective customers to verify these reviews. I suppose I’m faking that too? Again, this is total BULLSHIT started by the worst types of humanity against a simple PC tech in GB Wisconsin.

Dan,
I have heard complaints about your business from several people. I have encouraged them to file a criminal complaint. I’d be curious to see how the courts handle this. In fact, if anybody has any questions on how to proceed, please contact me. I know a lawyer that can get the ball rolling and start the process.

Hello,
I recently, 4/11, called this man about my computer and told him about my issue which was that I had spilled a small amount of juice on the keyboard and that in an attempt to get the stickiness out of the computer, my husband had broken the backspace key. I asked if he would be able to clean the keyboard and replace the key to which he said he would. I then asked if he would need a power source and told him that I didn’t have a backup charger and wouldn’t be able to bring that. My husband drops the computer off later that day and he tells me he will let me know when he’s done. I then get a text from him today that the hard drive is “bad” and that he had seen some sort of “impact” and that it would be $250 to replace. This laptop has never been dropped or has had any sort of “impact,” mind you, and it was also working properly (operating system-wise) before bringing it to him. So being at a loss as to how I even got to this place, my husband then called to address the situation and was met with this person, Dan, telling him, very rudely, that I told him I wanted the hard drive replaced and that he has “screenshots” of me asking this. This again, was untrue and he refused to provide proof of these screenshots. My husband then drove the 45 minutes back down there to pick up the laptop and again was met with lies and indications that I was lying and had requested the service through an “extensive conversation.” Needless to say I feel completely and 100% deceived by this person, especially after having done more research into him beyond that of his Google and Facebook reviews. It’s terrible that in this time of wanting to support a small businesses, that you’re met with such dishonesty. He did seem friendly and genuine, so that also makes it even worse. The joke is on me and lesson has been learned. I hope that someday, someone is able to finally confront this person through the Justice system because I’m sure this will never stop and innocent, kind, ignorant people will continue to be preyed upon. He is the truest form of a predator.
Nicole he just took me to the cleaners also… Is there some way we can get together and get this guy out of business. People should be warned about this guy!!!
Because he was caught out by emails from Google about the supposed review posted, I wonder if he hasn’t set a filter in Gmail to send those emails straight to the trash bin.I wouldn’t put it past him.
Dan the Computer man was here to help me with my new laptop. I had been using it for a while, including the older WORD app, which I peferred, and I just wanted him to put the icon for WORD on my desktop, to make it easier to access.
He ended up going down a list of apps that I could not see, and deleting them, saying, “you don’t want this, you don’t ant this, you don’t want this.” and then he asked me if I saw WORD in my app list. Of course I didn’t. He had deleted it. When I protested he raised his voice and said he wouldn’t tolerate anyone “impugning” his work. But lucky me, he had a 365 WORD app that he would sell me for $110 dollars., which I paid for and now find that I have to pay an additional #70 per year to use it. Cheater.
Then my hub wanted a laptop and Dan said he had one to sell for $500. My hub agreed and Dan brought over a very old laptop that someone else must have discarded. It was full of fingerprints that Dan kindly wiped off. It’s a piece of junk. We are told by the Geek squad it is at least seven years old.
Dan Kozemius is a fraud and a cheat, and will stop at nothing to squeeze money out of elderly people like us. Greek squad found that Dan the Computer Man was still able to see into my computer from
I thought it might be worth trying an in home computer service. I was wrong. Dan came into my home to update my desktop computer to Windows 10. With me sitting next to him the entire time, he fiddled with my computer for 20 minutes or more. He pulled my hard drive out of my computer and took a different hard drive out of his bag and stuck both hard drives into a device, I believe it’s called a hard drive duplicator docking station. He then proceeded to install the hard drive he brought with him, into my computer. I said wait a minute, I don’t mean to be a pain but what are you doing that isn’t my hard drive and he responded, Yes, you are being a pain. I said, I don’t know where that hard drive came from or what condition it is in. He then proceeded to show me both hard drives that looked the same, and told me the one he had was newer. I was rather confused, and it weighed heavy on my mind throughout the install. He eventually, not thinking anything about it, took my original hard drive with him when he left my house. After all was said and done, I called a couple other computer business’s and they all said, he basically left with your hard drive AND all my personal INFO and told me he should never have left with your hard drive no matter what! The computer never ran smooth and crashed in a week. I took it to another computer business for another diagnosis. They told me that Windows was corrupt and that the hard drive he installed had 50,000 hours on it! They recommended reinstalling Windows 10 with a new hard drive. When I emailed him again, he wouldn’t respond to my questions of whether he still had MY hard drive. Be careful with this guy. He’s very belligerent to customers when they call him out on his shenanigans and tries to turn the tables on you with false statements. He will try that here too, with a long, drawn out vicious reply. I have no reason to make false allegations, only here to inform others.
