I recieved a tip that Plan A Real Estate Services LTD in Vancouver, Canada has suspicious Google reviews. Upon investigation, Plan A has received 18 5-star Google reviews in less than 48 hours. The reviews started getting posted on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
13 of the 18 reviewers have left only one review. Here they are:

Victorius Woman and Luis Mario Martinez both left the same review verbatim. Sofia andreina charima lopez and Raybe also left an exact review. Victorious and Luis didn’t use any punctuation.
There is some negative press concerning Plan A. Here is a Reddit post asking about stickers posted around Vancouver. Plan A was fined in 2022, and tenants complained about unfair eviction practices in 2024.

Since it appears that Google has conducted a sweep and removed reviews, I am curious how many reviews were removed from Plan A’s GBP. Did the reviews drastically increase the rankings?
If Plan A is concerned with their average rating, why don’t they reply to their reviews? Only one out of 173 reviews was replied to. Engaging in fake or suspicious reviews is not the way to fix or improve a bad reputation. If Google did delete reviews, then Plan A wasted money.
