Is Legacy Healing Center behind Fake Google Listings

Bliss Drug's Detox Network

I recieved a tip that Legacy Healing Center is connected to a lead generation Google Business Profile (GBP) Network. The listing I was shown was named Bliss Drug’s Detox Network. I was unable to find it. Google may have suspended and removed it. I found a list of 28 other GBPs that meet the same criteria.

Those GBPs are:
Abundant Grace Healing
Blossom Drug’s Detox Team
Clarity Mind Center For Healing
Elysian Health Drug’s Detox Rehab’s Center
Eternal Light Wellness
Faithful Path of Healing Care
Golden Hope Healing Center
Lumina Drug’s Detox Grp
Nirvana Drug’s Detox Centers
Peak Performance Drug’s Detox Team
ProvidenceDetox Center For Healing
Radiance Drug’s Detox Network
Radiant Path Wellness
Renew Wellness Center
Renewal Drug’s Detox Grp
Revital Drug’s Detox Centers
Rise Above Wellness Center
Royal Wellness Center
Sanctuary Drug’s Detox Centers
Serenity Healing Center
Step Med Rehab’s Center
Stride Evolve Hope Center
Thrive Ocean Healing Grp
Tranquility Drug’s Detox Centers
True For Healing Wellness Hub
Uplift Healing & Hope Center
Vitality Drug’s Detox Team
Zestify Drug’s Detox Centers

All but one of the GBPs list a website. None of those websites is live. Some of the websites don’t match the name of the GBP. Abundant Grace Healing’s website URL is wonderdrugsdetoxnetwork.store. That is the same website listed for Rise Above Wellness Center.

Reviews connecting the GBPs

Another connection these GBPs have is they have recieved a few reviews with images. The images are AI-generated photos featuring the business name and a fake storefront image. These images are not the same, so there are confilcting photos showing the exterior of the property. A user named Fred T. Jones uploaded a photo for External Light Wellness showing the business name ACP Drug Detox Minnesota. These same users have been posting reviews with photos for 107 health and wellness GBPs. They have also been leaving reviews for other businesses across the US and Canada, as well as for one business in Australia.

Eternal Light Wellness review with the wrong business name

I called the numbers for AA Step Med Rehab’s Center and Revital Drug’s Detox Centers on Friday, May 15, 2026. I spoke with a representative who advised me that, as a cash-only patient, it would run me $10,000 per week with a two-week minimum. The representative answered the phone with, “Legacy.” My phone call dropped as I was calling one number. I recieved a callback from a woman named Chen at Legacy. Her number is (310) 870-9028. She advised me to call (866) 513-1707. I googled that number, and a few properties connected to Legacy Healing Center were returned. This number is not on any of the results. On Sunday, May 17, 2026, I called the number back, and the woman answered, “Legacy Healing.”

These GBPs are violating Google’s TOS. You are not allowed to show your address if you don’t have signage. These addresses are residential addresses without signage. They don’t exist or operate at these addresses. I initially came across Legacy Healing Center back in February 2023, when I mapped out the reviewers who were reviewing multiple addiction treatment and sober homes.

If you are looking for help with addiction treatment, please consider this when choosing Legacy Healing Center.
