I first encountered Sandra Turner on Reddit. She recently joined Reddit. The past week, she has posted several “case studies.” The reason I am putting case studies in quotation marks is that she supplied no images to back up her claims. On Friday, October 10th, 2025, she seemed to experience a meltdown. I took exception to her posts and attempted to point out the flaws with them. What started as a discussion or debate quickly spiraled out of control. Another person weighed in on the thread, and Sandra started calling the other person, making claims that she was being harassed and that this was a coordinated attack. Today, October 11th, 2025, Sandra recieved traction on another one of her posts. The topic was on two businesses writing about and linking to each other. The post hadn’t recieved any replies until today. One SEO chimed in. Sandra immediately went into a defensive mood again by claiming that there was a misunderstanding. Each time somebody has disagreed with our provided thoughts contrary to Sandra, she is defensive. I want to weigh in, but I will refrain this round.
Where is the review fraud?
As I was engaging with Sandra on Reddit, I was trying to figure out who her client is. She stated that they were in Newton. But which one? I guessed right, it’s Newton, MA. While I wasn’t able to find the Google Business (GBP). I started looking at the people who left reviews for her GBP. I still wasn’t able to find it.
I then started looking at Sandra’s website. I tried to find the sitemap and couldn’t find it. So I went to Google and searched for site:localseotoday.com, and bingo, I found it. Sandra has been creating blog posts, writing about her clients, and linking to them. There is a post about a dentist she claims to have issues with.
Here are the questionable review tactics.
When I looked at Sandra’s GBP, there was a review from Michaela Driscoll. Micheala left reviews for Natural Life CBD Kratom Kava and the same dentist. In the negative review for the dentist, the person states that this is Sandra leaving the review. Michaela also left reviews for both of Local SEO Today’s GBPs. Micheala also left a review for Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio. Heidi MacEwan recently reviewed Local SEO Today’s GBP. Back in July 2015, she uploaded a photo for Total Body Yoga & Pilates Fitness Studio. It seems that Sandra is into more than just linking to her clients.
Remember that thread Sandra was actively replying to? Well, she has now made it about race and sexism because she is a black female. That’s odd, becuase she took exception to me calling her ma’am and stated she didn’t identify as such
