David Slepkow of Slepkow Slepkow & Associates Inc. is threatening to sue me for listing him on my website. He shared a story about a former client who had been cyberstalking him and how he had no fake reviews. He ended his email advising me that I have seven days to remove him from my website within seven days, or he will sue me for slander. He either meant defamation or libel. Slander is when it is verbal, and libel is when it’s written—some lawyer.
I emailed David back and advised him that he had been listed on my website since June 27, 2022. David emailed me back twice within 16 minutes. His first email advised that he would be filing a lawsuit in the Providence Superior Court. In his second email, he informed me that the review left by James Novak is someone he was involved with in a legal organization. He confirmed that the review is for him personally and not his law practice. Therefore, this review violates Google’s TOS.

Contributions to Google Maps should reflect a genuine experience at a place or business. Fake engagement is not allowed and will be removed.
This includes:
- Content that is not based on a real experience and does not accurately represent the location or product in question.
Off-topic - Only post content that is based on your experience or questions about experiences at a specific location.
Not only am I not removing him from my website, but I am writing about him and his admission. I am sharing my side of the story. I take kindly to threats, and I will not back down from a lawyer.
As I am in the process of writing this post, David emailed me again. He attempted to educate me on online reviews. He chose to end his email by calling me “a total clown.”
