I have a GMB listing for over 5 years. Never got a single phone call from it (!) luckily I’m regularly referred by previous customers. If I had to rely on GMB to generate income I’d be already living in the streets. So many fake listings make the real ones disappear. Using generic keywords as DBA, these fake business bring real small business to go bankrupt just like mine did.
