Did you just post a copy and paste of a review here?

Nobody needs to tarnish the business. Whomever is replying to the reviews does that themselves:
We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. When you visited us, we were extremely busy, and we did explain that there would be a wait for your order.

We also noticed that you appeared quite agitated at the time, and while we appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, we cannot recall any of our staff being rude or impolite. Our team always strives to serve our customers with politeness, professionalism and a smile.

I’ve just seen the last review, and honestly, it seems like someone is trying their best to tarnish a great business. I can genuinely say, from my own experience, that both the food and service are fantastic.

Just take a look at the Google reviews and you’ll see plenty of other customers saying the same thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The business is doing more harm than good. They attempted to message the reviewer on Instagram. They crossed the line by doing that. Now a family member is cyberstalking the reviewer, making nasty comments on their posts and impersonating another business. The business and the people connected to it are acting unhinged. This victim mentality needs to end. The business is not taking responsibility for their actions or the slow service. They keep making matters worse, and people keep defending them.
